Little Love Letters: Notes from a New Mom

I became a mom in November 2025, and I created this blog to share the information, resources, and practical tips I wish I had throughout pregnancy and early parenthood. I am not a medical professional or child rearing expert, so none of the contents in this blog are official or professional opinions or advice. Just casual opinions and resources from a mom who thinks they may be helpful to others.

Family, integrity, and lifelong learning guide both my personal and professional life. As a project manager, I naturally gravitate toward research, organization, data-driven decision-making, and thoughtful planning—and I bring that same mindset to navigating life with a new baby.

I believe that access to reliable information can help parents navigate many of the decisions and challenges that come with raising a family. This blog combines evidence-based information with personal experiences, including strategies that have worked for me, lessons I’ve learned, and challenges I’ve faced along the way. My goal is not to present myself as a parenting expert, but to offer an honest perspective that helps other parents feel more informed, confident, and supported in their own journey.

Thank you for visiting. I hope you find something here that is both helpful and encouraging.

Wishing you and your family all the best.

A cozy nursery corner featuring a simple wooden crib with a soft, neutral-toned blanket draped over the side and a well-loved stuffed animal resting near the pillow. Beside the crib, a small bookshelf holds a few board books, a white noise machine, and a baby monitor dock. Gentle, diffused evening light enters through a partially drawn blackout curtain, creating a soothing, low-contrast scene with soft edges and minimal shadows. Photographic realism at eye level, with a slightly off-center composition that leaves breathing room around the crib, evoking a calm, reassuring atmosphere focused on sleep routines, comfort, and practical, peaceful nighttime parenting solutions.
A sunlit dining table set for a casual family breakfast, with a half-eaten bowl of cereal, a small plate of sliced fruit, and a sippy cup next to a plain ceramic coffee mug and a folded dish towel. Crayons and a simple drawing are pushed to one side, hinting at a recent distraction. Natural morning light pours through a nearby window, reflecting softly off the table’s slightly worn wooden surface and casting gentle, irregular shadows. Photographic realism from a slightly overhead angle, capturing the full tabletop in sharp focus while the background kitchen blurs. The mood is warm, imperfect, and practical, highlighting real-life mealtime challenges and everyday family interactions without feeling staged.

Meet the Parent Behind This

I’m a project manager-turned-parent navigating night wakings, meltdowns, and teething. Here I share evidence-informed ideas I’ve actually tried at home so you can borrow what works and leave the rest.

About

Little Love Letters Story

Little Love Letters began as scribbled notes in my phone while I was pregnant. It’s grown into a place where messy, real-life parenting meets doable strategies, so you can feel seen, supported, and a little more prepared.

A small hallway entrance with a low wooden bench lined with mismatched children’s shoes, tiny rain boots, and a couple of slightly scuffed adult sneakers. Above the bench, a row of simple hooks holds a child-sized backpack, a light jacket, and a reusable grocery bag half open. Morning light streams in from an unseen door, creating a soft, diffused glow and subtle shadows on the floor’s textured tiles. Photographic realism, shot from a slightly elevated angle with balanced composition, highlighting the quiet chaos of daily routines and transitions in family life, conveying a practical, organized-but-not-perfect atmosphere that feels relatable and honest.
